Previously working as a service driver, we are now welcoming Arvin Young to the Operations Teams! Over the past 2+ years, Arvin has grown to be what we all believe in, a dedicated employee with a great work ethic. We were lucky to have him out in the field for so long, and the impact he made on our customers were eye opening. David Kropf, Operations Manager, can remember several conversations with both Arvin and the customers he met with weekly. “From school kids making him a homemade thank you card, to the construction guys sending him a parting gift as he wrapped up his last two weeks as a route driver, we are very excited for Arvin to bring that same enthusiasm and care to both our Operations team and customers from all over,” says David. Congratulations Arvin, let’s keep the momentum going!
A Little More About Arvin!
Arvin loves playing scrabble and solving crossword puzzles with his kids and their pet frog named Froggy. He is drawn to the challenge of figuring out each puzzle and how quickly he can accomplish them. Being a Pittsburgh native, Arvin’s favorite team is the Steelers and enjoys watching his favorite players, Antonio Brown and Big Ben, with his family at his dad’s house. As a hobby, Arvin attends flea markets on the weekend collecting various vintage items.
