The customer is responsible for theft, vandalism, and damages to portable toilet rentals that do not occur as the result of normal wear and tear.

Common damages include:

  • Graffiti
  • Vandalism
  • Arson
  • Theft
  • Hit & run
  • Lightning
  • High winds
  • Flood

Damage Waiver

Mr. John also offers a damage waiver program to our customers. Enrollment is easy and available for all single unit portable toilet rentals.

Insurance

Rental units are not covered by insurance. The customer is responsible for losses from the time the unit is delivered until it is returned.

The insurance coverage is as follows:

  • All Risk Physical Damage – full value of unit.
  • Comprehensive General Liability and Property Damage with minimum limits of $300,000 each occurrence or $500,000 aggregate or single limit coverage of $1,000,000.
  • The customer’s insurance carrier must send a Certificate of Insurance indicating that Mr. John is an Additional Named Insured.

How to remove porta potty graffiti?

  • Add sand or pumice powder to the graffiti removal chemical or other cleaning agent.
  • Use a scrubbing brush to clean the affected area.
  • Rinse with water.
  • Note: This cleaning method may leave scratch marks on the walls.

What happens if a porta potty falls over?

Consult your agreement. If there are damages to the portable toilet rental, notify Mr. John immediately.
