We recommend that customers refrain from moving office trailers on site with their own equipment because they are responsible for all damages that could occur.

No. Rental units cannot be hauled using customer equipment due to insurance requirements and liability.

It is Mr, John’s policy that we use only our own trucks and employees to deliver and place our trailers.

All units have a main power panel that is stubbed out through the bottom of the unit. Each is pre-wired, eliminating the need for any internal wiring. Some of our trailers are built with them. If a trailer does not have phone or data receptacles we recommend a certified technician install them to avoid improper install. Please call our office at 1-800-427-4089 before making any modifications to avoid damage charges. All modifications must be approved by Mr. John management.

All Mr. John construction, office, and restroom trailers are cleaned and inspected by a qualified Mr. John employee before delivery. The customer is responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance in order to return it in the same condition it was delivered.
