- George Kmetz – George was given a gold star from a construction customer. Mr. Dakis called in to cancel a toilet and made sure to say, “Thanks for the service! You guys are good!” Keep it up, George!
- John Malanchak and Mark Herbinko – John and Mark each got a gold star when they were delivering VIP units to a site in Charleroi. Rob called in specifically to say how happy he was with their friendly service. John and Mark went out of their way to make sure everything was hooked up correctly. Not only were there no complaints, but also they were both cheerful and very nice. Way to make us look great, guys!
- Phil Copeland – Phil had a call come in from a customer to say that he was very professional and helpful while delivering a toilet in New Castle. Mike said Phil placed it exactly where they wanted it and was very pleasant to work with. Great job, Phil!
