Sluggish drains?

Plumbing backup in your bathroom and kitchen?

Odor in your drain or yard?

Mushy ground or greener grass in the septic tank area?

Are you experiencing any of these warning signs?

Septic tanks remove settleable and floatable solids from the wastewater. The clarified septic tank effluent is then passed on to additional treatment processes or is distributed to the soil absorption area. Removing the solids from the wastewater protects the soil absorption area from clogging and failure.

Mr. John septic along with many local Health departments recommends that your system should be pumped out every 1-3 years.  Throughout our many years of experience, we have learned that by taking certain preventative measures, such as regular scheduled pumpings, you can avoid the disasters that will and do occur and many costly repairs can often be avoided.

Please reference the PMSA – Septic Tank Pumping Frequency Table to review you required septic tank size and pumping frequency based on your home and household size.
